Professional Committees
Every professional committee gains by sharing and exchanging experiences and information and by regular consultation. Committees are appointed for their ability to conscientiously shoulder responsibility and establish open channels of communication with members as well as organizing annual activities to stimulate development of the membership's skills in their respective areas.
F&B professional committee: Monitors development trends and research in F&B and recreational fields. Encourage sharing of F&B technology and the exchange of human resources among members; carry on research in F&B and recreation management mode; and develop the business relations and cooperation among member's F&B departments.

Human resource committee: Aims to organize and utilize member's human resources information especially with respect to managing the enterprise's institutional framework. The committee is charged with labor management , recruitment policy, enterprise salary schedules, and social insurance among others. The HR Committee also carries on research, training, management of professional personnel and oversees the exchange of professional personnel and special staff members such as foreign staff.

Engineering professional committee: Monitors new ideas in hotel design; encourages and oversees intra-membership technical cooperation and the exchange of critical information related to management and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment. The committee is also responsible for special technological research projects including energy conservation.

Guest Affairs Professional Committee: Specialists in front desk/office management including standard formats for housekeeping. The committee supervises the exchange of administrative skills in organizing such services as laundry and managing facilities including grounds and other public areas.

Purchasing Professional Committee: Monitors needs and best methods of group purchases including the development of centralized purchasing with special attention to collecting and utilizing the information to the benefit of the group as a whole.
